Andhra Pradesh Budget 2015 : Yanamala Ramakrishnudu the finance minister of Andhra Pradesh presented the budget in the assembly. And it is zero based budget.[highlight] The total budget is 1, 13,049 crores.[/highlight] The budget included non-planned expenditure of Rs. 78,637 crores and planned expenditure of Rs 34,412 crore.
In the part of the budget finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu announced seven grids, five missions and five huge development agenda.
Here we are providing the highlights of the Andhra Pradesh State Budget 2015-16:
Mainly this is a zero-based budget
By 2018 Polavaram will be completed and the minister says before Polavaram , Pattiseema would be completed.
Total budget value is Rs 1, 13,049 crore
Rs. 34,412 crore – announced for Plan expenditure
Rs. 78,637 crore – announced for Non-plan expenditure
Rs 17,584 crore –Fiscal deficit
Rs 87,300 crore – goes to Revenue deficit
Rs.3049 crore – allotted for Higher education
Rs. 585 crore – Intermediate education
Rs 14962 crore – allotted for School education
Rs 378 crores – Minority welfare
Rs 3231 crores – BC welfare
Rs 5,258 crore – Irrigation water
Rs. 284 crore – allotted for Forests department will get
Rs 637 crore – For infrastructural investment
Rs 122 crore- AP Transport department gets
Rs 484 crore- announced for Disaster management
Rs 200 crore – Endowment department gets
Rs 4062 crore – Law & Order
RS 330 crore – Tourism department will get
Rs. 993 crore – Tribal welfare gets
Rs. 370 cr – Information Technology department will get
Rs 27 cr – For mines
Rs 360 cr – For skill development
Rs 5,728 cr – For health department
Rs 46 cr – For handlooms & textiles
Rs 2,459 cr – For Civil Supplies
Rs 897 cr – Housing
Rs 1,360 cr – announced for For Godavari Pushkaras on behalf of the departments
Rs 280 cr – allotted Science and Technology
Allocation of Rs 3,168 cr proposed for new State capital
