Asian Development Bank ADB History and functions : ADB was founded on 22 August 1966. The Asian Development Bank is a regional development bank. It works for the Asian countries development. The Asian Development Bank has 67 member countries. And it has 48 regional and 19 non regional member countries.
The Asian Development Bank-ADB started ADF (Asian Development Fund) in July 1974 to give credits on concessions to the member countries.
