Required Academic Qualification:
Essential Qualifications: (i) M.A. (or higher degree) in ‘clinical’ or ‘counselling’ or ‘industrial/organizational’ branches of Psychology (ii) A valid
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) License Essential Experience: At least four (4) years of experience after essential qualification as practicing
Psychologist or Counsellor in a reputed organization.
Desirable Qualifications / Experience: (i) M.Phil or Ph.D in ‘clinical’ or ‘counselling’ or ‘industrial/organizational’ branches of Psychology (ii) More
than five years of experience as a Clinical/counselling Psychologist / Counsellor in an organizational setting.(iii) Experience in providing group sessions /
group seminars for employees of any organization.
Age Limitation Details:
Candidates who are going to apply this post their age should be Below 55 years.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in interview.
Job description: Provide psychological counseling and diagnostic /consultation services once a week from 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM, and conduct seminar / workshop /
group session / other form of presentation once a month for one hour duration or longer.
Salary Details:
Eligible and suitable applicants will get a good salary package for 25,000/- per month from organization.
