PM Modi Inaugurated Rail Projects – Started Parivartan Yatra in Ghazipur

PM Modi came to Ghazipur district in UP on Nov 14 2016 to inagurate different rail projects. Narendra Modi reached Varanasi’s Lalbahadur Shastri International Airport. Then he went to Ghazipur by helicopter.


Details of Modi Visit:


» PM Modi Started the train ‘Shabd Bhedi’ a weekly super fast express. Shabd Bhedi runs between Ghazipur and Kolkata.
» PM also launched a Cargo Center for perishable commodities at the Gazipur Ghat station.
» In this tour PM Modi laid the foundation stone for a rail road bridge over the river Ganga. This bridge will link Mau and Tadighaat.
» PM Narendra Modi started ‘Shabd Bhedi’ Super fast weekly express. This express runs between Ghazipur and Kolkata cietes.
» He delivered a speech to the public at a meeting in the part of Parivarthan Rally at the Ghazipur RTI Ground.
» It was Modi’s first speech in UP after BJP started ‘Parivartan Yatra’.

About BJP’s Parivartan Yatra:

» Parivartan Yatra is the part of BJP’s campaing in UP assembly elections to be organized in 2017.
» For this visit, the police had already made all security arrangements.
» In his speech Modi discussed about demonetization of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 currency.
» PM Narendra Modi will attend 6 rallies in the part of BJP’s campaign for assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh.
» After the Modi’s address in Ghazipur the Parivarthan rally will move towards Azamgarh and on November 15, this yatra will enter Gorakhpur Pranth unit.
» Bharatiya Janata Party has started Yatra from Saharanpur, Lalitpur, Ballia and Sonbhadra districts.
» The rally will finally reach Lucknow on 24th December, after crossing through all assembly constituencies.
