UPPSC PCS-Provincial Civil Services Exam Cancelled after Paper leak on 29th Mar 2015. UPPSC Provincial Civil Services (PCS Preliminary Exam) was cancelled by the UPPSC (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission). PCS Preliminary Exam is a Lower subordinate service exam. The time table for this exam was confirmed by the UPPSC on March 29, 2015. PCS Preliminary Exam’s questions were leaked through whatsapp. So the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission postponed or canceled the examination. The people who are attended the PCS Preliminary Exam were got angry and started protesting after knowing the information about the paper leakage. The question paper which is present in the watsapp matched exactly to the morning shift question paper of PCS preliminary exam which was conducted by the UPPSC.

This exam is the first level test to enter into Uttar Pradesh state government’s civil services. Nearly 4 lacks students had attended the examination. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) Provincial Civil Services 2015 examination’s timings were set to held in the morning and afternoon shifts. The morning shift timing was scheduled at 9.30 AM. Before one hour to start the UPPSC Provincial Civil Services 2015 exam the question paper leaked. It was said that the question paper was sold for 5 lacks for each.

Uttar Pradesh DGP AK Jain promised to punish the responsible whoever they were. And he explained that they have some information and STF teams are probing on it. The exam in the afternoon shift was held as it is according to the schedule.
